Meet Dr. Kevin Toms

Dr. Kevin Toms grew up in central Virginia and developed an interest in orthodontics at an early age. As a teenager, his own orthodontic treatment appealed to his mechanical interests, and watching the transformation of his smile sparked a fascination with dentistry. That experience ultimately inspired him to pursue a career in dentistry and, eventually, specialize in orthodontics.

Today, Dr. Toms considers being an orthodontist a true privilege. While he may be a little biased, he believes it is one of the most rewarding professions. Each day brings a new adventure and the opportunity to build relationships with patients and their families while helping transform smiles and improve confidence.

At Burke Family Orthodontics, Dr. Toms enjoys guiding patients through their orthodontic journey. He believes successful treatment is built on trust, communication, and personalized care, and he takes pride in creating healthy, beautiful smiles for the communities of Northern Virginia.

Dr. Toms resides in Nokesville with his wife, Dr. Michelle Toms, their four wonderful children, and a few four-legged family members. When he is not caring for patients, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. Whether exploring new places, enjoying outdoor activities, or simply making memories together, family remains at the center of his life.
